I have always done Cardio exercise butt have recently started group training using weights and my own body resistance. I’ve found that although I’m not sweating half as much it’s really making changes to my body shape. Has anyone else found this? Not sure whether to give up cardio altogether!
I’m sure there are million views on this and many more informed than me BUT…if you don’t have any very particular fitness goals a mixture is great for all over general fitness. Mixing it up will exposure your body to exercise that will increase endurance and strength and keep you in good shape for your whole life!
